Based on the submitted D2.3 report (English). Adapt the guidance to the club and local safeguarding procedure before use. These tools have not been validated as a B-FREE intervention.

For the authorised safeguarding record only. Follow-up records can contain sensitive personal information. A completed record must not enter a public deliverable, general project repository or team message group. Use only necessary information and follow the local procedure for access, sharing and retention. If an approved form already exists, use these fields to check its coverage rather than create duplicate case files. These protections follow the record-handling guidance in Annex A7.3.

Closing the administrative record does not remove the athlete's route to raise a further concern. A closure decision should explain the action taken, remaining support and how new information will be handled. Basis: HU, §§11.2.1 and 12.5; Section 6.8.5.
